Ticket Refund Policy

All Event Tickets are refundable up to 3 days after the ticket purchase date. All Event Ticket refund requests must be made no more than 3 days after the ticket purchase. Event tickets cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full but can be used for any future event. Requests to refund your ticket must be made in writing with your reason for the refund by email to: [email protected]

Live Event availability

The Speaking and Sales Mastery does not guarantee that spaces will be available on our Live Events. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Transfer

This Event Ticket is non-transferable.

Lost or stolen tickets

Lost, stolen or destroyed Event Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

In person attendance

Event Ticket holders looking to attend in person are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs, together with any associated costs getting to and from the event venue. It is recommended that travel insurance or cover is arranged in the unlikely event of an unforeseen cancellation.

ALL EVENT ORDERS ARE FINAL.

All Programs and events have a 3-day cancellation/refund policy. All requests must be issued in writing via email to [email protected]. Any requests for a refund after the 3rd day of initial registration from the date below will not be accepted. By Submitting this form, you agree to event policies. Cardholder acknowledges receipt of goods or services in the amount of the total shown above hereon and agrees to perform the obligation set forth in the cardholder’s agreement with the issuer.

CANCELLATION POLICY & ATTENDEE MEAL COST NOTICE:

This policy applies only to attendees who do not pay the full ticket price, cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event or failure to attend will result in a $500 seat cancellation fee. This fee will be donated to the nonprofit Influence with Love to support children in need.

We value your commitment and cooperation to ensure the success of this event. Thank you for understanding the importance of honoring your registration.

Event Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

In the event of a cancellation or no-show by an event ticket holder, no refunds will be provided.

Please note that this cancellation/no-show policy is in effect to ensure the smooth execution of our events and to minimize any disruption caused by cancellations or rescheduling. The donated proceeds will support the Non Profit charity, Influence with Love, in its noble efforts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
